Eating & Serving Tools for a New Meaningful Food Experience

Participants will work on a specific brief given by Mepra and Cracco restaurants, drafted together with Sara Ferrari on the theme “Eating and serving tools for a new meaningful restaurant experience” under the guidance and supervision of Sara Ferrari, an Italian product designer with international experience.

She is the founder of SFD (Sara Ferrari Design), product design practice established in London in 2009, focused on the meaning of objects. She’s also the co-founder of studiomare. Sara gained experience in teaching and giving workshops starting in 2013 in the Netherlands, heading a workshop in collaboration between Alessi and TU Delft (Technical University of Delft, Industrial Design and Engineering Faculty).
