The practice of design depends on what people are willing to share with us. The joy of creation is nurtured when practical ethical exercises are used during the different phases of the design process. Research in design is an expression of collaboration between individuals, where building a relationship of trust is paramount. The nucleus of this relationship can be divided into three broad concepts that can serve as vehicles for empathy: admiration, commit-ment, and integrity. We invite you to explore the power of consciousness through actions or activities that provides an empathic approximation to complex human realities.
